As a part of our Product Support to get closer to our national wide customers, a wide range of spare parts are available in our warehouse, either in Jakarta Head Office or many provinces branch office. All GM Tractors branch offices are connected online to each other to expedite service and support to our customers.
In order to maintain quality and handling of parts storage, we have utilized a modern and fully air conditioned warehouse, this utility has met with the standardization of parts storage set by Wirtgen Group Germany. GM Tractors has also succeeded in applying barcode system to run our warehouse, so that the accuracy and rapidity of incoming-outgoing parts increase to be very efficient.
GM Tractors also provides the main components of heavy equipment, such as engines, transmissions, fuel injection pump and some other major components. This is taken to shorten breakdown times if the customers have to overhaul or replace their machines components that have entered excessive hour meter.
As our awareness and responsibility to the needy of our valuable customers, now besides marketing spare parts of some specific brands that we sell, moreover we sell multitude parts such as cutting tools, undercarriage, ground-engaging tools (GET) and filters for other brands of heavy equipment. Commodity parts that we offer are the ones with standard OEM quality at a very competitive price.
Operational of our parts department is carried out by human resources with high competent and extensive experienced in handling various heavy equipment. They are reliable to give solution and consultation about stocking and choosing the right parts to support the capability of customer’s machines.
